Those things aren't a great deal. Its only 14 12 oz beers and it only stays good for a night. Thats fine if you plan to drink it all or drink with a buddy but i would rather just have bottles which wont go bad.

There is a similar thing for homebrewers that allows you to mini keg your beer so you dont spend so long bottling. But this one keeps everything pressurized so it stays good for a few weeks.
