it started like this....

-omni map
-lm1 sensor cable (the shorter one)
-garrett 50 63 like eliav got, + restrictor

XENO: can get a polished housing if we get a BORG WARNER turbo…I been ordering a few of them and I really like these turbos. I actually have one T3/T4 Borg Warner 57 trim in stock with a 3” V BAND exhaust. (non polished). I can sell that to you for $595, plus if you want the VBAND kit to make your downpipe, I can sell you that for an extra $75.00

I’m a little confused…the total we talked about last time was $1254 with the headgasket, but now you have sent me $1134 and $90 which is $30 short of that total.

Here’s the problem…you didn’t give me a Garrett part #, I cant even FIND a Garrett part number for the Turbo you want. Should I have MADE you give me the exact part #...probably, did I…no, because generally people are reasonable and most of the time they don’t even know what they are asking for when they order a turbo. You, right off the beginning now don’t seem to even want to be reasonable…generally I don’t deal with unreasonable people.

You didn’t even ACTUALLY specify what those numbers meant…57 63, what does that actually mean? Can you tell me…

Even if I ordered the correct or wrong turbo, no manufacturer is going to allow me to return it or exchange it, and if you think I am going to pay for shipping when you were the one who was vague about the turbo you wanted ordered…then you must be joking me.

t wasnt my first order from you, i spent probably more then $3000 at your shop + sent you costumers, very nice !!

XENO:See now, if you had specified “Garrett T3/T4E 57trim, 63ar” but because you didn’t, I just ordered the same turbo as we had gotten for Eliav like you had asked in your original email.

There has to be SOME split responsibility here…this is NOT 100% my fault, and once you finally decide to accept that and work with me, I am doubtful there will be any sort of resolution to this.

I am supposed to order another turbo, pay for them to ship it to me. Pay for the shipping of your turbo from Isreal to the US and then pay for the shipping of the new turbo from the US to Isreal and then not be able to return the turbo and be stuck with a turbo here?

I don’t think so…
If you had told me to order a SPECIFIC part# and I ordered the wrong thing, then maybe…but that isn’t the case.

Best I can offer you is to sell you another turbo at my cost and pay for the shipping of it to you. Other than that, it’s not worth it for anyone…

Racepak is the PRIME example of a TERRIBLE customer...worst ever.

I urge any VENDOR reading this to steer WAY clear of accepting orders from this ***!

yeah ditto. From the looks of it, if this were a complete conversation log, I'm a bit split on who's more to blame here. Chris *should* know better than to assume that the buyer won't care if he doesnt get the exact part he asked for. Then again, he didn't ask for an exact part so that probably should have been cleared up from the get-go.

I've ordered a lot of little stuff from Xeno over the years and he's always had stellar customer service.

I have ordered many things from xenocron and have even sold him ecus and my money or my parts came fast as hell. So I think you may be going alittle overboard
