got a 94 jeep grand cherokee. when i turn the wipers on they either turn on FAST or REALLY FAST, there is no variable speed until the fastest 2.

also, when i turn them off the wipers dont automatically return to the down position. they stay up or wherever i turned them off.

is there a solenoid or something i am missing? i replaced the motor but its not helping ---- at all.

save yourself the head ache and swap out the entire steering column

buk your not helping. and the wipers aren't on the steering column nig nog. ive got the laptop outside right now. looking at an intermittent wiper relay. this most likely the problem?

there a way to check a relay without getting a new one. just checked for current going in and its getting current, but i dunno how to check whether its doing its biznaz

i had fucked wipers on my s10 and after replacing everything and still having fucked wipers i swapped out the steering column and it worked

how the ---- was i supposed to know a jeep doesnt have steering column switch

id check the switch if u replaced the motor an thats fine an checked relay ur last resort has to be the switch
