How about "my boy", or "my *****", or "some guy", or something else. "MY guy" definitely implies a romantic relationship though.

Aight, fine, i fucked up lol. But for the record, I'm str8. Me and Stealthmode's wife used to get down a lil. He always wondered why his son was able to get a better tan than him.
