will the engine produce more power with the regugular plugs? i'm using ngk 4091 1 step colder in a b16. i still got my regular plugs and they're almost new. gapped to .0028.

yeah that's what i thought too. abaz says he uses regular plugs gapped closer, like .0030. i was just wondering if it'll make more power with the regular plugs.

ima install me regular plugs back in and gap them .0030 to see if it makes a difference in power and i'll keep an ear open for detonation.

Even if there is a difference between 1 step cooler plugs and stock ones theres no way you are going to notice it, I'm sorry but my *** dyno can only register hp incriments 10hp and above, not 1/2hp and 2hp.
You've been reading to many of those ad's at pepboys and autozone. Spark plugs are not going to give you 10hp gains and ----.
lol,

i just think of crap like that when i'm bored and i have my regular ngks' i already cleaned them w/paint stripper and gapped them .030. guess i won't be installing them. i wanted to get a windshield washer squirter system from jc whitney to squirt my intercooler then later i was told it wouldn't make a substantial difference. atleast i didn't go through with it.
