The cop might have a little more pull, put the 10 years is probably the maximum sentence for that crime. I doubt if I do it to anyone I would only get a fine. 10 years is kinda high, but a few years would be a good term.
What I think is crazy is both the shitty sprinkles, who and why would you do that.

The kid spitting on the cops burger reminds me of Supertroopers 
I highly doubt he will get the 10 years either... The dumb hippy stoners that hit a cop in the head with a mj plant made me laugh even harder. The dried feces is just fucked up its sad and scary people behave in such ways. Thanks for sharing where did you find these by the way? I read the paper a few times a week and never find anything this funny.

Suicide Mistaken for Halloween Decoration
The apparent suicide of a woman found hanging from a tree went unreported for hours because passers-by thought the body was a Halloween decoration, authorities said.
The 42-year-old woman used rope to hang herself across the street from some homes on a moderately busy road late Tuesday or early Wednesday, state police said.
The body, suspended about 15 feet above the ground, could be easily seen from passing vehicles.
State police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Oldham and neighbors said people noticed the body at breakfast time Wednesday but dismissed it as a holiday prank. Authorities were called to the scene more than three hours later.
"They thought it was a Halloween decoration," Fay Glanden, wife of Mayor William Glanden, told The (Wilmington) News Journal.
"It looked like something somebody would have rigged up," she said.

10 years for the spitting? haha, you know even if they sentence him to 2 years he'll be out in 6 months. Kinda like how "life in prison" doesn't really mean it until you get "life in prison WITHOUT PAROL".
