i have a bgb for the st162 same as the st165 chassis and electrical wise. so if you have any specific questions just ask me if you cant find somthing

The wiring diagrams are very different from the 1st/2nd gen 3SGTE. I wouldn't advise using the ones for the ST165.

but how much hp can the st185 take ....
stock internals ?

oh before i forget ..which turbo kit shall i buy ?

Depends. Roughly 300-350 whp on the stock bottom end. Fuel system maxes out at about 275 awhp. The ignition ---- is all good for high horsepower.

What turbo kit you sould buy? well... atsracing.net has a few kits that are out there... but if you wait a few months LSD might have something for you

the st162 is the st165 with a 3sge in it insted of a 3sgte, im talking about chassis electrical anyway. i layed down 300 on a 3sge, i dont know how much more the 3sgte could take. theres not much of an internal diffrence. watch out for that oil pump though, its weak sauce. and the st165 i dont rember if it has the volt guage or the oil presure gague removed for the boost guage. probebly the volt because i think its on the right side.
