I'm sure that sub can handle 10,000 watts, as the 9500 series subs can handle about 2000 watts each and they are about half the size and its an exponential thing when dealing with that kind of stuff. Trust me on this one. I know MTX.

last i can remember he had all of the following and some i'm forgetting: rockford fosgate 12, kenwood 12, Pioneer 10, kicker 12, ?Legacy? 12, MTX 12 etc etc

ive been considering a light duty sub and box, something light and doesnt take up my entire trunk.
i like sound quality, all my infinity stuff sounds really nice, but the low stuff is just missing overall.
a small sub to hit the lower range would be nice.

I just got rid of my spare tire and threw a Rockford Fosgate hx2 10" in the back of my rex...mounted it on a plate right over the wheel well. Have that running off of a Memphis Audio 1000D amp (1100wrms) at 1 ohm...plenty loud enough for me, and usually just as loud if not louder than most dual-sub setups that i do at work

its in the garage now ridding with a 1600watt amp at max powaaa for like 1 month blew one of the voice coils
im thinking about putting it back in and just using the one good voice coil :-)
