windshield banner illegal??? wtf!!
Okay i just got pulled over today for having a front banner on my car!!! are you ------- joking me... i've talked to cops and they said its not illegal if its above a certain point, i've had it on for 2 years and this is the only time i've been questioned about it... out of all the popo's i wouldda guessed the state patrols would say something but no, none of them have... wtf is going on?! does anyone know if they are illegal in the state of Minnesota
