I used PC400 (I think that's what it was), not the 3m window stuff. It works really well, stiff, and hasn't cracked or anything yet. fill them yourself, rather than buying inserts.

ES inserts are stiffer.

if you don't want the buzzes then go w/ window weld.

I tried that window weld ---- and just made a sticky mess everywhere. I ended up buying jimfab motor mounts (all 3 lower mounts) for $110 shipped. It eliminated my wheel hop and my motor is rock solid. The car rattles a bit, but it's worth it lol.

i see inserts all over the place, but every time ive seen them up close they always look wrong. are they just supposed to fit inside of the old motor mount or are you supposed to take out the old motor mount filling and replace it completely. ive used stock ones forever and they are getting pretty shitty now, plus the front tranny mount has been hollowed out completely by hard launches, so it might be time to replace the mounts.

The only advantage that I can see to the inserts is the ability to remove them if need be. You can also try different combinations to alter stiffness or vibrations. I guess you could do the same with two sets of mounts(one set filled).

I've had both ES ones and filled ones. The 3m stuff started to fall apart on the front mount after a year, probly from the heat and getting sprayed by oil and motor bits a few times. The others are still fine.

Right now I'm running inserts on the front and back mounts, and 3m filled ones on the sides. Car is a bit buzzier since I swaped out the front and back for ES ones.

I have my rear motor mount with the insert and its alot stiffer than my side mounts which I filled, just doing that one mount cause alot of vibration inside the car
