I eat whatever the hell i want, but i'm active enough (and with help of amazing genes) that even at 6'0" I weigh only about 150lbs, and have around 8% body fat. I eat out all the time, and have had more of a problem gaining weight than losing it. haha.
It's not what we eat, it's what we do that makes us fat or not.
