Default WHY ME?

Ok, here is the situation. After long hours of partying and spacing out i have come to a conclusion. Well, not really. After posting several posts on here about different cars i have setteled on 4 different ones. With the help of my good friend and classmate, alex, there is the first choice. He suggested to me that i shouldnt waste all my money on hooking up a car and just buy a bad *** car from the start. Guess what that car is? A Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. Thats right he wants me to blow at least $12k on this car and that is the price for a cheap one. I thought about it and for a while i was going to go with it until someone did an article on the AE86 in Sports Compact Car magazine. So then i looked up some Old School Toyotas and found three that i fancy. The 1988 Toytoa MR2, 1986 Toyota Corolla SR5, and 1983 Toyota Supra. I was wondering is anyone can give me some insite to these cars, such as specs, performance etc. that would help pursuade me into choosing one of them and not all of them.

Jesus, since this is your first car I would suggest buying the cheapest of those cars. Don't spend $12,000 on your first car. That will be the fastest $12,000 you ever waisted. Damn near everybody wrecks there first car. I beat the ---- out of my first car and crashed it a few times. Actually, I crashed damn near every car I ever owned, but regardless you shouldn't spend big bucks on your first car. You should wait at least a year before you buy a nice new car. Either that or buy it, wreck it, have your insurance go through the roof, your parents insurance gets canceled, you can't find someone that will insure you, your parents have to pay gigantic premiums for the next seven years, and sooo much more I don't care to get into.

I STRONGLY recommend the 1988 Corolla FX. If you don't get one, how will you ever know what you're missing

Enough about the VR4 Focus on the Toy's. I need to find some specs and stuff on them to determine which one i want to buy.
