why does my electricity cut off while in idle?
the electricity in my car cuts off while in idle for a spilt second the electricity cuts off. my cars' lights, gauge cluster light would dim when i let go of the gas and get brighter when the rpms go up. why would this be? could this also be affecting the fuel pump?

most cars do that. when your altinator is spinning at a low rpm its not going to be making as much power as when its spinning fast. its normal to a point. if your ***** going way low get a diffrent altinator. and if you still dont like it pout a big *** capacitor on your battery cable line.

most cars dont do that. I have owned/worked on alot of cars in my time and never come accross anything where you would loose power.
??check your grounds?? i have no idea on this one...

most likely its your grounds, your battery is going out, or your alternator. you can take off your alt. and bat and have them checked. so i would try doing that. then lookin for some loose grounds.

well, i checked the battery terminal and they had some creme looking build up inside, this must be from the oil i put on them before so they won't get coroded or who knows.
i cleaned the terminals, and the battery post and no more lights out problems. for now anyways, but the batt conn. did look real dirty inside, although the looked clean on the outside.
