man that was a tiring swap. we just finished at about 12 tonight and went to get some burgers. everything went purty smooth except my fan wont turn on. oh well ill deal with that tomoro. i cant beleiveim up and runing for free. i think the problem might be a bit worse than just a head gasket, there was oil in the intake manifold, dam i sure did rape that poor sohc. :P

You should recycle your old block to the aluminum salvage yard, the place I goto pays 40 cents a pound. I have a bent aluminum wheel and a sbc intake manifold that are going to get "recycled" soon. ---- collecting cans, collect car parts.

Nope. Mostly Tuscon/Phoneix guys there. No LakeHavasuians around that forum. I would be shocked to learn about any actual performance enthusiasts around here.
