Who's on Xbox Live?
I just got a 360 that will be modded later this week when the parts come in. So right now I only have Halo 2, any of you guys on Xbox Live?

Yea I have gears of war ready to play, it's teasin me sitting here 
I can connect to Live just fine in the dashboard, but whenever I try to in Halo 2 it gives me a network error. All the ports are forwarded through my router and the NAT is ok, but I can't find an answer why it's happening anywhere.

I was a little torn between the Xbox 360 and PS3 but from what I hear you have to buy all the updates for the games and basicly anything else the Xbox can do you have to "Buy" like HD and playing older xBox games. is this true?

I HAD an xbox until some ****** *** person stole it. Halo 3 beta is out this week and I'm extremely ------- pissed they ripped me off like that. My gamertag is "Jorsher"
I dont know why you'd have network problems on the game but not the dashboard. So you're sure it's connecting to live and not just logging in? That's weird.

you need a gold account to get all the ***** needed to play xbox games as well. oh and you must have a hard drive to play online, as well as some og xbox games. btw my gamertag is "LostGamersRUs".... more than 1 person plays online in our house so i though of that one to share among us. G.O.W. is also the ---- when it comes to any online game now. cant get enough of the chainsaw glitch. its so ------- hilarious.

yep, you need a gold account.
as far as buying ----, i only buy map updates, i could give a ---- less about anything else. all it does is waste space on my hard drive. i'm at work today, but tomorrow, i'll add everyone in this thread.

you need the gold account Jago. Did you buy the premium xbox or just the regular one. Im 100% sure if you get the premium xbox you get xbox live for free(for a month or two) and get a memebership for the gold account. Thats prob why you can't play halo
