That is no way to eat venison, here in wyoming we grill the steaks with some garlic pepper and Loery's (hopefully I spelled the name right) wash down with some good beer.

The only thing wild meat that may need some batter and fry is antelope and that is only if you do not have made into hamburger, jerky, or sausage.

sounds good, but I didn't have a grill when I had a freezer full of deer meat. I was in an apartment and had a deep fryer. It made for some badass snacks when I had parties. I've never had it any other way

Get a George Forman grill works great plus you can enjoys the lingering smells.

1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Brown meat with onions and peppers. Drain. Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, eggs and milk. Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan. ------ meat in pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Pour batter over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
