No rednecks, no nigerians, no mexi's, nothing. All we have is nerdy white people that wouldn't think of harming your ----. Painting has been slow, so I've been putting hours in with this small time builder, and I'm at $25/hour for powerwashing decks and assembling rich peoples' bunk beds. 
Anyone with a skill in construction/painting/ect. has got to average $20 an hour. It's kinda crazy with new townhouses going for $180K too.
