Well it is a long slow day at work, so I got to thinking when was the first time I really experienced boost, vs the first time I built something boosted with my own hands.
First time I built something boosted was as stated 17.
First time experiencing boost, I would have been like 7-9 what ever the first year of the turbo dodge caravan. I remember very well that ugly reddish maroon with fake wood paneling that my dad brought home brand new as a company car. I also remember very well that when it was just me and him, he would brake boost it at the lights and it would burn the tires right through the lights without any problem. I thought that was the greatest thing ever at the time, and made the mistake of asking him to do it with mom in the car...
I'm really just rambling now, and its friday, and I want to be drunk, not at work, or at least drunk at work.
