frank...mcdonalds? blimpies? am i seeing a pattern??

My mom isnt scared to tell someone to ---- off and get the ---- out of her store. That woman has been threatened more times than I dont even care to know about. The last time I was at home, she had a store that had decent moral, people all in nice uniforms and people were there to do a job. People respect that. Someone calls in sick or something a few times in a row...refuses to bring in a doctors note or something, she will just tell em to find another job...just like that. Her employee turn over rate is very very low.

You can't hire people and then let them be lazy and do nothing...and then expect them to respect you when some ---- really needs to get done. It just doesnt work that way.

Hotrex was in the other day...turned in a application said he can put together a sandwich in under a min....which includes toasting the bread. :P

Since I don't smoke crack/eat xanax like it's going out of style, I can get a job at any other restaurant that pays 2 dollars more an hour than McDonald's does. So why would I have ever worked there? My burger flipping history doesn't extend anywhere farther than steak 'n shake.

I worked at mcdonalds for a year until i got a job at jiffy lube. I put that on my email i sent to chris but i think thats why i didnt get a reply. lol. i worked at kia for a year also.
