People are lazy. Hard to find good workers. My mom is a head manager at a McDonalds and my inlaws run a small business. Good workers arent easily found these days. Not even hard workers...just one that want to show up. His 'ad' might sound retarded but I fully understand where hes comming from.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head. I work a gov't job, and even at this place you couldn't even imagine the amount of lazy whiny douchebags that "work" (or sleep :P) there and still bitch and complain about "oh I can't believe I do all this for so little money". I spent 2 years trying to get in there, and now that I'm there I'm getting frustrated by the lack of organization and real honest hard work. I'd have to say gov't people are the laziest one's out there. :P
