lol. luckilly i know some ---- about this because i have tenants and one of them im booting the hell out. one thing to do, is go get your lawyer about her living there. she has to have chamged her address in order for that to work., if she has an old address, he cannot do anything. as long as she still lives in her own place, he cant do ----. you can sue him for unlawfull something something.

in my country, you get served 3 eviction notices before they can force you out, thats 90 days of not paying rent!

I think you shouldn't do anything, and when he tries/does throw you out, you sue the ---- out of him. Come on SA, this is your chance. Ask him which proof he has that she's living there. See what he says.

One time I got a replacement pool key at my old place and they charge you $3 for it on the next months rent. I payed for it, but their records didn't show it. They put a fucken notice on my door to pay the $3 or move in 3 days. I went to the office and threw the fucken $3 on the desk and made them feel like the dumb ***** they were. Like they couldn't have just asked for the fucken $3

There is no way he can boot you in 3-days. Especially if they are a weekend. You have some time to straighen things out.

well he came over after i left his place and we talked with out his wife around.. he said ok i can stay but he want me to pay 150 more. i told no since she doesnt live here. then he said hes gona have to file the unlawful detainer. i told him i just want to move out with out any problems. i told himlook, ill pay the extra 150 for this month but im still moving. he said ok. then he try to get me to move to a 1 bedroom he also has. ya sure whatever.
