Just orderd a Wheelie King that will be getting the rock crawling treatment. Its the new one that comes pre built but with no radio, servo, reciever/x-mitter. Got it for $139 from Tower.


Going to throw some Proline 2.2x1.5" bead locks on there with Losi's new rock crawler tires. Also going to get a Proline K10 blazer bodie for it as well as replace all teh links with Lunsford Titanium turn buckles.

Have'nt had a chance to beat on the 5B....damm rain!!

Just bought a RC10L3 Friday, spec class, then with all the extra parts build a chassis from parts, likely alot of KSG parts.

What tires you run for carpet? John's BSR? I raced with him 16 years ago, now again at the shop he's helped open. He's been in Florida all week for the Snowbirds, guess I should check his and Monti's finishes.

I have a newer Traxxas Revo, i used to have a schumacher...fastest car i had.. 1/10th scale AWD .21 with a 3 speed = stupid!! but some ghetto ------ stole it out of my car, at a friends house...

The revo is a stout machine and its pretty fast, easily pulls the front wheels off the ground from a dig and its all stock! i have broken it however from accidently going into reverse while the wheels were off the ground...still goes forward tho..

i have like 5 rc cars at the moment t maxx, hpi firestorm, associated t4, and a cheap sportwerks truck that i have replaced most of its stock ---- with my t4 ----,,at the moment im taking a break from the nitro ahit and have gotten big on electric ---- im going to put one of the new traxxes brushless motors on my t4 with a esc..they are supposed to hit like 65-70mph with the right pack on em ...ill find out tonight..

I'm going to run the stock motor for now with a 2s Lipo battery. I may gear it up a few teeth but thats about it. Its not going to be a speed deamon by any means but it ought to be fun!.....come on down. We'll tap a Heineken keg can. Those are good!!

Its touring cars run on a carpet track instead of asphault. Most people use foam tires for that some use rubber tires still.

They just released one with a .28 in it that does 80mph out of teh box.

Better get extra ball diffs for that thing or lock it up with some JB weld or it will melt after just a few packs.

One of the car mags just did a shoot out on the Veolin setup and with a 3s 8000mah lipo it only did 60MPH. The 70 mph claim is bullshit.
