im taking about blasting birds out of the sky and rodents running around. thats the point and shoot im talking about. i would rather kill a deer with a riffle then blast several holes in them with a shotgun. i guess i didnt state my point very well when i said leave the riffle to when you actually have to point and aim. i was talking about when you are actually hunting a real animal not just out having fun blasting ----. im the guy who makes bombs and blows ---- up, and enjoys just shooting stuff up. so blasting ---- is fun to me.

we have a 28 gun safe and have 4 guns i can think of off the top of my head htat dont fit in it. I live in a county in NY that just allowed the use of rifles to hunt deer for the first time last year. I normally use a 3 inch mag 20 guage, its light, super accurate with a 24 inch rifled barrel, and itll drop any deer under 150 yards. WE live on a farm and our freezers are packed with about 1000 pounds of homegrown beef so we dont really have to hunt but always do cuz its like a tradition for all of our family to get together opening day. Ths year im busting out an old family hierloom and ive been glassing a nice 12 piont the last 2 months that i plan on dropping with the collectors item, prolly the first thing its killed in about 40 years. O btw the gun is a winchester 1873 lever action .32-20 rifle. octagon barrel, original tang peep sight, in perfect shape worth like 3500$ cuz its the 100th one ever made, production #0000100

i hunt everything i have a rem 870 12 gauge for birds and deer, a 410 to kill squirrels along with my .22, a couple of my buddies have .223 that are pretty fun to shoot coyotes..watching there legs get blown off is awesome
