osama was quoted in one of his videos calling the us a paper tiger after clinton pulled out of somalia and empowering al qaeda.
the .com bubble burst happened at the end of clinton's last term
the largest tax increase in history happened during his term
the stock market was well below 10k during his term
there are many list which a quick google search will tell you, any president will have shitty stuff happen and do things that aren't the best during their term, but clinton did a lot to hurt this country in cluding cutting funding for CIA/FBI/military that left us vulnerable.
some people say the biggest ---- up of his presidency is when they outlawed using "shady" individuals for human intelligence. which drastically cut our intelligence gathering capabilities

maybe you should get a clue before you spout off your **** hole. your health care system is terrible, have fun dieing from cancer when you have to wait 6 months for a mri.
everyone WHO HAS A JOB can have health care. our health care is many times superior to your countries. thats the reason candians come to the us to get MRIs and other routine procedures that they would have to wait months for in canada.
