To the OP, it's a crapshoot. Sure, people have done it and their motor didn't grenade. On the other hand, look at how many people cracked their ringlands (as I did) on a basemap. As Joey said, it's not worth it if you're spending that much money on the setup itself.

Classes start Tuesday the 22nd, and I'm ditching some of them to be at Bristol Dragway for the filming of King of the Streets 22-25th. Holy conflict of interest, Batman, I'm tuning two of the cars on there, both good friends of mine.
