There's really no official name to cutting an angle than welding it to another angle. They are section bends, pie cuts but before they were Whitey Bends they were Houseknect bends originally used on his Turbo SHO. I ripped them off too.

I've actually retired from using whitey bends. 
I think i might throw one in just for sentimental value 
However, they will always live on in the manifold nicknamed "The Jeff Frank" :P
