Where to get my injectors balanced/Tested?

Default Where to get my injectors balanced/Tested?
I am getting precision 650's from a guy on here, and I want to test them to make sure that
1) They work
2) I am getting my 650ccs worth

So, can I test them in any way in my garage? And where is the cheapest place to send them out for balance.flowtest.etc?
