Maaco over here in Texas sucks ***!!!
They want to charge me 250 to paint the hood and spoiler.
I did all the pre-work all it need is to be sprayed.

agreed, but im in college, i can go back and repaint it better after i graduate, but for now bc of some good prep work its pretty damn good for a Single Stage if you do a good prep yourself

i started with a 220wet and then a 400 wet and then lightly wento over it one last time with 800 wet, the guy at maaco said i shoulda went with finer than that, but then again my friend that works there was like "dont listen to taht old cogger all we do is air sand it 350 dry and 350 wet and call it a day"
mine came out well, ill post pics when i get some sunlight this weekend i hope

maaco really isn't all that bad......
but obviously a paint job that costs 3gs and one thats cost less than 500 is going to have it's differences
