i got my car out the shop the other day. i just did a swap so I put it in just to make sure if everything is working they way it should. they wired my dizzy thats it. but when i took the car home my lugs werent on my wheel. i was rolling down the street about to get on the highway and the wheel came off right before i got onto a major highway. the studs were broke or stripped it was like someone just took them off and didnt put them back on. it hit my fender and fucked it up all to hell. I called them right after i left and all they said was that it aint there problem and hope i have a jack and then hung up. they put a distributor on my car that they had laying around and they said that they need it back as soon as possible. now would i be wrong if i didnt give them back there distributor? I am pissed. where did my lugs go i didnt take them off so who did??

uhm.. ---- your lug nuts just sue them for the damages.

Its their fault for not putting ur lugs back on and you're lucky you werent already going 80+mph before ur wheel flew off...

Dude... seriously, go back to that dump of a shop with the distributor, and throw it through their front window! Then when they ask you why you smashed their window, tell them it's not your problem and you hope they have insurance!

haha seriously, i love what trance said, i wish this country was fair, i think you should just report them to the better business bureau so they get closed down. Just to really hit them, sue them while ur at it. Keep the distributor, they already stopped ur car from running once, dont let them do it again

I used to work for a shitty ISP and I swear we got letters from the BBB at least once a week and he's still in business

your right, the BBB cant shut a Auto repair shop down, the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) can however, give them a call and trust me it will be investigated and your damages will get paid for, we had to do it to a customers car when we didnt torque the lugs down and it fucked the car up good luck buddy

why dont you get a messed up dizzy from some other car and take it back to them? hell, maybe even get one that looks similar, or, jsut solder a bunch of connections inside the dizzy together so it arc's out pretty good.. maybe even catch on fire
