Get yourself a long stick that holds a utility blade. Also called a pipe knife.

good news and bad.
i called the safelite national number and they said they can get the glass, but the only location that is near me is the ones that told me they couldnt get the glass.
do i really wanna trust stupid people??
anyone dealt with them before??
