whats your 330 time and typical 1/8 mile

Whatever, backpeddle all you want. But your barking up the wrong tree.

Typical 8th mile right now is a 8.3 @ 85mph
wtf are you talking about back pedalling i said all day long is a ricer phrase.

8.3 is a shitty 1/8 time. i ran 8.3 on street tires with a 2.4 60 foot @ 5 pounds

inferior engine 2 litres is not enough

This is not an Anti-DSM thread. We all know that AWD cars will pretty much destroy any front driver on the street from a standing start.
Johnny just has a deep hatred for ricers, and apparently "All day long" pushes his ricer button.

Alrighty then. Well before I had awd, i had a fwd(1 wheel drive) eclipse. Spinning the tires would kill me. Slipping the clutch was the best way to get a decent launch. Also not flooring it in first gear because with the quick spool up of the turbo, the wheels would break lose in first pretty easy. So first gear was basically just slipping the clutch, and then holding the pedal at like 3/4 throttle through the entire gear. That got me the best results, but it got annoying so now I stick to AWD.
