figured i'd bump this thread to let people know their customer service blows if anyone didnt already know this. i was told the 10th that my intercooler would ship that week. its clearly been enuff time for my intercooler to arive had they truely sent it that week unless they are hand delivering it to my door. i've also attempted to email them again about a tracking number or any further info but they cant even write a simple reply.

Damn what the hell happened to them. After the whole "CCA Offers turbos etc..." topic and everybody responded by saying "Thats SSAC/XS/etc" they ducked out and never showed back up. Dissappointing because they're intercoolers were decent, I guess Tyrus gets out money when he goes back online.

Apparently they really took it to heart when everyone jumped on them and called them SSautocoach.
But I mean wtf is wrong with them? They should know this marketplace being members as long as they had. Apparently they thought becuase its CCA selling cheap Chinese ---- we wouldn't know or call them out for selling cheap chinese ----. 
I guess they really didn't pay attention to what HMT members really want if they think we're going to lick their ***** for selling typ-r color changing tachs.
