i think we need to have a 30day trial period, you get 3 posts a day and at the end of the trial the mods decide wheter or not to keep you. and once you are accepted you cant post in the classifieds for another 30 days

Im sure with a bit of fine tuning that is a great idea.....New people should register, and get an email sent to them, they have to study all of the info (basically a ton of FAQ's) and then pass a test lol...
