Whats up guys, i need some input on what my next mod or mods should be. I have all winter here in Wisconsin for the car to sit in my garage and get worked on. What should I do next? Here is a list of what I already have.

90 Civic Hatch
DOHC ZC - Uses small amount of oil, but still pulls strong!
ZC Tranny
Ractive header
Full 2 1/2 exhaust no cat
NGK plugs
Magnecore wires
Cold air intake
Upper front and rear strut bars
fuel pressure regulator
Clutchmasters Stage 2 clutch - lightened flywheel
Tokico Shocks/Struts

Thats most of the main mods. Im only 19 and dont have alot of cash, but whats the most bang for my buck? I was thinking turbo, but what about the engine will it hold up or blow up?? Any info would be great Thanks Everyone!

One more thing ive gotten ticketed for my exhaust twice within the last 2 months, what is the easiest, cheapest, or only way to fix it Thanks again.

I would get some spoon brake fluid covers.

If you can't afford the spoon stuff, you could find regular wrist bands at like sports chalet or big 5.

Guys i need horsepower, not the ability to pull a spoon put of my hood and go out for soup.

I'd look into fixing that burning oil and then go turbo.
