There are two kinds of people, those who get aggressive when drunk, and those who just chill. In my experience there's nothing you can really do to change that. I have some friends that are really cool, but when they get drunk all they want to do is fight.
Me on the other hand, I have never had the urge to pick a fight either sober or **** drunk.

And I also really enjoy various barley wines. This one was brewed by the brewmaster at Rogue Brewery for a special celebration at one of Portland's most famous pubs. It was aged in oak barels. Mmmmm, very tasty for a big beer.
Tonight I am brewing an IPA that I am really excited about. I'm using a new recipe that I created to clone a Bridgeport IPA, which is one of my all time favorite IPAs.

I didn't get to brew last night but I got around to it this evening. I am super excited about this beer, I used 2 ounces of Columbus, 2 ounces of Simco, and 2 ounces of Amarillo hops. It was a pretty aggressive hops schedule.
This should be one hoppy *** brew for sure
I used fresh hops this time that I harvested from our hops garden. I used a number of fresh hops and a number of dried, no hop pellets here in the Northwest!
Mmmm,, fresh hops!
Some of the high quality dried hops I bought from a local grower,
My lovely assistant:
The first rule of homebrewing is... have a homebrew... the second rule of homebrewing is... have a homebrew. lol
In this case it was a number of IPAs and a few oatmeal stouts.
This IPA should be done in about 6 weeks or so. I will be craking some open when I do the final install on my turbo. Free homebrew for all who attend
