Well, the ---- pile is far deeper than that. Pretty much been letting little ---- slide, I could go on for days on the list of little ----. About made the wife loose her licence and get a fine, then lied about it when confronted with the evidence, trying to keep tabs on my wife like where she goes and what she does, I cant prove it, but I believe he tried to scare off a friend of my wife's over the net by telling them she was crazy and ----, etc.

And yes, it isnt very wise to kill someone, but there is only so much a man can take.

Wife's been friends with him for like 7 years. Nothing between them. He's been living in FL for the last 5 years. And decided to move back to GA. Offered for us to move in so my rent would be cheaper. Should have seen the ---- coming, but now, the situation is what it is, and #3 is the path I have chose to take. Since the whole pantie thing, he's been an ***, like trying to test me and and ------- with stupid ---- to try and **** us off.

i think you may be able to fine a restraining order but i doubt it will be granted, dont bog down the courts with your bullshit. just move out and tell him you never want to see him again, doing so while cleaning a shotgun always helps.

I'm guessing he would kick your *** in a fight and both of you know this? Not calling you a -----, just trying to figure out the situation. My last roommate was about as bad as they get(never caught him sniffing the gf's panties though), but the guy could rip a punching bag to pieces in a matter of minutes so kicking his *** wasn't an option(for me anyways).
