Hire me to sit inside the garage with a gun all night. Glad you got your ---- back, I was freaked out when I read about it. And maybe you should consider a more strident hiring procedure. TO reduce the crackheads and all.

You gotta keep people in check, even on the biggest profit days (your most happiest days).

I learned alot from my old boss about people management. When you're saying "I want ? done", you have to say it so that people know they aren't allowed to ask twice what it was you wanted done. On the flip side, when someone doesn't follow the one direction you give them, you have to be able to firmly tell them you're not going to put up with it, and the key to the success is if you can do it without them getting defensive. I guess it's a freindly ------- policy I have. Only hire people for the long term, cause even the freindly guy with an after work drug habit will eventually come back on you.
