I'd probably just use it. Keep the thing in your pocket not to mention you could just claim it was your little sisters/nieces/friends and she gave it to you because she got a new one. People generally don't hate on free stuff.
On a side note, Ipods=pieces of ----. The fact that you must use Itunes to load your songs on the ------- thing is enough for me to never ever purchase an Ipod ever. Winamp>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Itu nes
