this is off a rex on ebay but WTF heater control is this?

there is no way that is not OEM. the SI gauges are nothing like that.

maybe out of like a CRV or oddisey(sp)?

looks like Honda logo's on the buttons. maybe like a Acura CL or TL?

bambooseven is right, its a 4g accord hvac switch set....
