How the ---- did that happen? Was it being transported on a truck or something and the driver forgot?

my bad it appears to be a trackhoe... my guess is that the end of the knuckle clipped the underside of the bridge and got tangled in the rebar, drawing the boom and bucket up through the road or somthing. Interstate bridges are at least 15 ft unless marked so this thing must have been pretty big.
