because in some country lisen.fee and insurance greatly depends on the size of your engine
and they have a Yearly check up on EVERY SINGAL cars, they check everything down to a nut and bolts to make sure it is safe and legal.
In another word all these cars with taped up bumper/ziptied fender will not pass until they are fixed.

all you would have to do would be sand down the stamp plate then take a set of metal stamp things that you hit with a hammer and write b12d1 on it and be like YO I GOT A 1.2 LIETER vtak motor y0

its a higher comp b16. and yes its vtec.
