what does 'buy it now' mean on ebay?
You find something on ebay with a 'buy it now', wouldn't that mean, you pay for it when you click the buy it now button...or did I miss something?
I guess what I should say, what is a accecpted as 'buy it now'?

I sold some ---- on ebay, dude buys it on (US time) Monday, its now (US time) Thursday night and the dude tells me he isn't paying until (US time friday) 
Is this a common thing to do? my last 2 ebay transactions were a flop, bitches didn't pay up...ebay is pissing me off here lately.

very common I have gotten payments up to 1month after auction ended. Around 90 percent of ebay sales get paid the others are people just looking. File non paying bidder get your money back and get the lame *** kicked off

u can set how long people have to pay
u can ask people pay within a resonable amount of time like one auction demanded payment by same day air or paypal lol but yea he has i think 14 days to pay via ebay rules

There's an option you can check with a buy it now auction requiring instant payment. It will tell them this when they try to buy the item, and the auction will still be up until they pay you, usually with paypal.
