What does this bolt do. Need answer ASAP. EG hatch.

Default What does this bolt do. Need answer ASAP. EG hatch.
So I'm putting in my cage, and I've got the main hoop tacked in and I'm getting ready to put the base plates down for the rear bars when I come across these bolts (or lack there of) and I need to know if I can either remove them or cover them with the baseplates.They are in the same place on both sides. Is there any reason why I am ever going to need these or need to get to them again?

It holds the bumper.Not the cover but the real bumper under the cover.There should be two on each side(left and right).

well, I guess I'll just tighten them up and throw the base plate on top.

It is a speed bolt, it makes the car go faster.

I think they are speed bolt/hole combinations. Even faster.

I would just cut small holes in the base-plate so you can still access them.

you will most likely want to pull off your bumper sometime, so just drill a hole

That's what I did. Cray, cut a hole to access it? Nigisucrazy?
