Here are my monthly payments.
House mortgage w/ taxes- 595
gas/utilities- roughly 150
cell- 45
health insurance- 68
tv- 40
internet- 30
car insurance for truck and bike- 100
plus groceries and gas is at least 50/week. that's being conservative
total- 1,100 bucksish

$640 condo mortgage in the ole' retirement community.
I used to have 2 foreign exchange students @ $300 each. I miss those days sometimes.
If I could do it again, I would not have moved out @ 18. Freeload as long as you can so you can save up 5-7k for a down payment on a house.

$250 for a room in a house with 3 other room mates. That includes all utilities and whatnot. I live in a small town with a big college(WSU).
I pay about $1500 worth of bills the rest of the month tho
