What do you consider a fast street car?

there is something to be said for a car that you can drive to get the groceries or drive on a road trip and if you happened by a drag strip you could drive onto the track and lay down a decent time -- that's a car that is truly a STREET car. if it gets into the 12's without removing bolted-down parts and without changing the tires, that's definitely a respectable fast car. and 13's is quick, given what i just described -- IMHO.

i would say anything in the 12s on street meat is going to do well on the street.
in connecticut, if you can pull anywhere in the high to mid 12s you will run the local races.
we have mad jdm tite ricers out here, although some guys will suprise you.
my integra is considered one of the fastest cars around here.

i would say 13s low or high is a fast street car, 12s L or H you got something that will make you *** cheeks tighten 
anyone that says a 13 or 12 second car (street car) isn't fast has never ridden in a fast car they just watch to much "fast and the gayious"

me and a few friends had this same discussion lastnight just because i wanted to see what they thought. we figured that anything with street tires and respectable amount of interior mid to high 13's is a quick street car and lower then that is fast.
