A quick street car is high 13's. A fast street car is low 12's. (I think)

I would say that high 11's are a fast street car (DOT legal).

high 13's are not quick :P You can buy cars from the dealer like that.

Wait, so now after asking me a question my opinion (which you asked for) is subject to true or false?

High 11's on street tires and 91 octane. High standards.

So Vipers, Porches, Pagani, Ferrari, Aston Martin, ect...these are all slow cars that can be bought at dealerships?

Your standard would be something that is faster than anything you can buy at a dealership??

They are fast cars, and trust me they can be made a whole lot faster. Out of the box porsches are not always quick. In fact most are non-turbo ***** extensions.
