nope. u can just relist it and ask em for listing credit later.. just call em up or get in chat.. first thing u need to do is report a non paying bidder.. then go from there..

report them through some non payer ---- and you get back eveything but the listing fees :P

there should be an option to select "buyer did not pay"

or you can do this:
ebay home page > advance search (found upper right corner) > on the left there is a selection for "find contact information" > and then it should list his contact info. just call the bitch. or post his name and let bukke find that ---- for you.

but ebay was good to me when a ------ didnt pay up. i got a credit twords ebay. good enough for me.
