Thanks for the info. I just bot a 93 2door and it has no air bag on the passanger side. And the title doesant say if its a ex,dx and ect. I know its a v-tech. Well back to my point is the kid fucked up the driver side heater cover. Also wanted to put disk breakes on the back.

The EX has driver and passenger side airbags.. The DX has drivers side only.
Look for these things:
Does the car have power windows, doors, and mirriors?
Does the car have tweeters in the door panels close to the front?
Does the car have a cluster with tach? (could have been swapped too.. bleh)
The thing about civics is that all of them can except options that were not offered on them. The clock, if your car didn't come with one, has the harness plugged in to the black block-off plater, the mirrors, tach, and other electrical parts can be wired in, and the door shells if you look at them can be easily converted to full power or full manual..
That is why I love my honda.. I have the sticker to prove it!
Give the vin number to the guy in this forum who is doing free carfaxes.. that will give you some more useful information.
and just for the record, its VTEC...

dude did you not see what that guy and i posted. the 92-93 ex or any 92-93 civic only has one air bag. ex/dx dash is the same ----. the only way to get a different dash is if you got one from a 94-95 and put it in a 92-93 and vice versa. then you would need a cover for the hole in the 94-95 dash and another thing i belive 92-93 si hatches only have power door locks and a sunroof. no power windows. either its supposed to or my buddies ---- got changed to manual windows
