I have a90 crx dx i think. it is all white with black side moldings. it has a rear wiper and a tach in the gauge cluster. i was told that dx'x didnt come with these (also there is a huge star stamped on the hood. could this be the rare spoon ninja series crx ) joke on the last sentance, but for real what was the differance on the hf's and the dx's. thanks alot

i have a white 90 crx dx it has rear wiper and a tach, the difference between the hf and the dx is that the hf is the High Fuel model and is mpfi has the 4 injectors the dx is dpfi and only has two fuel injectors, on the back the hf say hf on the dx it doesnt have a symbol, dx redlined at about 7,200 and the hf redlines around 5,500, etc. As far as the star imprinted on your hood, i dunno its prolly just some m4d tyte jDM shiz....

Ya, Is it MPFI or DPFI. Does it have rear discs? How bout a rear Sway Bar? Normally the Si badge is under the glass on the rear, so if it really couldn't have been scraped off. Sunroof or no sunroof? Colour of interior? If blue I don't know of any Si's that had blue? All Rexs had tachs as far as I know.

DPFI is usually a dead give away it's a dx.

You could also check the bumper supports, on the HF models, the bumper support is pretty much nonexsistent. There's a few other differences too.

hfs have HF on teh back corner hatch glass. DX says nothing. DX has a top mount throttle body and dual injection. Also DOES have the tach. HF is multi point and 'sidemount' tb. HF also dont come with teh rear cargo cover/lid I believe.

DPFI as mentioned before. No it has rear drums. There is no badge on the back for DX's. No sunroof. DX's had tach's whether auto or manual. Pretty much just what NBLKid said.
