My turbo y8 gets 32 with a mix of city highway, and boosting during most acceleration, small turbo. Its mostly highway, but not for long periods...

When I went to ohio my accord got 35mpg going about 70 to 75mph, it was cammed with intake and exhaust.

those 3 bangers own you.. with tiny tires and 0w30 oil.. should run nice.. if you can fight off the temptation to get loose on the gas pedal
